The Marvel of the Cross

In the days of our life, there are times when we get bombarded by thoughts and emotions. a trigger from some incidents can immerse us in depression. We may feel lost, we may think stupid, we may cry with suffocation, we may find ourselves bursting out and helpless. At that point of time, our mind will be noisy, our mind and thoughts will never be under our control. We will wander within us to find relief/escape. But never go down, let this lead us to a great realization. This is the best suffering and a great weapon which can be submitted for all those who are in the same situation. this is the best suffering and weapon that can be submitted to fight against this world.

Whenever we are in such a helpless situation, never allow this emotions to sustain for long. we must burst out in tears and cry , then wipe our tears and submit the suffering that we are experiencing in our mind and all our thoughts to the Cross of Jesus Christ. Pray to Lord that 'Lord at present this situation is making my mind stressed,i am suffering due to my emotions, depression..caused due to an incident. I submit my suffering to your Cross. Use my suffering to deliver many souls who are in same condition, use my suffering to fight against the worldly powers ruling me, use this suffering to bring me nearer to you. I submit my mind and me to You'.

After this prayer, we can hear our Lord answering to us that....."My Child there is a Resurrection after the Cross".

The peace that will fill our mind after this is beyond words. Not only that, the though/incident that was troubling us will never be in our mind any more. It has lost its power to rule us and use us to destroy us and others. Our mental sufferings are the greatest weapon to use against satan and the best medium through which God cleanses us and bring us nearer to HIM.

Hence whenever we are facing such situation and utilize it with God and the Cross of Jesus with perfect submission and realize that there is a resurrection awaiting.

Prayer

Lord help us to realize during the times of mental stress and depression, to submit them to the Cross and to cleanse with Your Blood. Let this suffering of our mind be submitted for the deliverance for many souls. We submit it for your plan.Deliver us oh Lord ..Your promise is eternal..there is a Resurrection awaiting.Amen

Open our Hearts,Submit ourselves to God, let us live through Him.

We think that we are perfect,we think we are right, we think we have done everything, we think we are complete and full...but in the moment of silence, when the spirit speak to us, we may not have answers to many questions, nor we will have justifications for our actions. We are revealed naked in our spirit...we realize how miserable we are.

"You say you are rich. You think you have become wealthy and don’t need anything."But you don’t know that you are really miserable, pitiful, poor, blind, and naked."-  Revelation 3:17-18

As our nakedness is revealed, we may feel frustrated, helpless and angry. But God says...

I advise you to buy gold from me—gold made pure in fire. Then you will be rich. I tell you this: Buy clothes that are white. Then you will be able to cover your shameful nakedness. I also tell you to buy medicine to put on your eyes.

                                                                                                         -Revelation 3:18

Our God loves us even then..He was loving us even before we realized this. How great is His love and mercy. "God gives to them who doesn't deserves it" That is His mercy. The realization of which helps us to humble ourselves before God and to everything and anyone. Humbleness is the spark of the Gods spirit in us...When we are humble the eyes of our spirit opens.

"Then you will be able to see.

“I correct and punish the people I love. So show that nothing is more important to you than living right. Change your hearts and lives. Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in and eat with you. And you will eat with me."                                        - Revelation 3:19-20

Let us realize this and open our doors to the Lord.

Loving God thank you for making us realize the nakedness of our spirit. Thank you for helping us to gain the virtue of humbling. Because as the 'I" in me reduces, it is YOU oh Lord that is increasing in me. Let me live through You and share You to everyone that You give me.
Amen.

Renew the Received Holy Spirit

"Peace be with you; as the Father has sent Me, I also send you." And when He had said this, He breathed on them and said to them, "Receive the Holy Spirit.John 20:22

1. The Holy Spirit gives us the courage to see that we can do what Jesus asks of us.

2.The Holy Spirit gives us the courage to answer Jesus’ call, to do what God asks of us even when it is difficult.

3.The Holy Spirit helps and guides us along our way of life with God.

4. Gives us courage and helps us to spread Jesus’ message of peace in our world.

5.The holy spirit comes to us with seven gifts from God-JOY, LOVE, PATIENCE, KINDNESS,UNDERSTANDING, RESPECT and COURAGE

6. The gifts of the Holy Spirit helps us to follow the right path on our journey through life towards heaven, and they fill us with Gods goodness.

7. The Holy Spirit come into our weaknesses and faults to strengthen us and purify us ...the Comforter to hold the feeble hearts and raise to Lords shelter as we will call Him ABBA.

Let us enjoy our freedom in God with the Holy Spirit in us...the freedom with power in Lord who conquered and defeated this world.

Jesus sent us the Powerful Spirit to be with us in this world, helping us to transform ourselves like Him. The spirit works in us and helps us to recognise how unique God has created us and send us to this world and use the precious gifts that He has given us to win this world and spread the message of peace to the whole world with courage and protection.

Let us renew the Holy SPirit that God has given us in baptism and confirm the power of it.

For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.-2Timothy 1:7

For you have not received a spirit of slavery leading to fear again, but you have received a spirit of adoption as sons by which we cry out, "Abba! Father!" 16The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God,…Romans 8:15

Let us recognise the spirit with its gifts in us and live as Children of God.Thank You Father Jesus and Holy Spirit. Amen

We know this because God has poured out his love to fill our hearts through the Holy Spirit he gave us.
                                      -Romans 5:5

Nearing to the day of Pentecost, how do we view it?

When we think of Pentecost, we think of tongues of fires and Holy Spirit. It is something special happening to the apostles and special people. We view this sometimes as audience who see something that brings goosebumps on us.  Is this our state?

Jesus says to the Apostles,

One time when Jesus was eating with them, he told them not to leave Jerusalem. He said, “Wait here until you receive what the Father promised to send. Remember, I told you about it before.  John baptized people with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit...the Holy Spirit will come on you and give you power. You will be my witnesses. You will tell people everywhere about me—in Jerusalem, in the rest of Judea, in Samaria, and in every part of the world.” Acts 1:4-5,8

While Jesus went to Father in heaven, He asked the disciples not to go anywhere before they received what the Father has promised to send..The Holy spirit, which will come upon and will give power. This power is the power of Jesus through Father, that conquered the powers of this world. Only with this power, the Apostles were able to challenge the world and defeat its temptations and traps.

This power is the same power that we all should long for. Hence let us not be audience any more, but let us be the anointed of God. Rather than giving goosebumps, let this Pentecost give us the power to live in this world defeating its mighty trials and temptations.

Let us thank for Gods mercy that He is showing on us. when we think of ourselves sincerely, into our deeper minds, we realize that we are not worthy of any of the happiness and blessings that we have now. accounting on our actions, we do most of the things for our satisfaction and getting a praise for our deeds. We do everything for a reward. Are we living for gaining praises from others? Is that our existence? If so , let us realize now that we are fools. We will be shattered by this world. And if we are alone in the battle field, the world shall squeeze us of our life and leave us useless, alone . but someone is with us always.who gives us more than we want and expects no rewards but love. He is our Father-Father in Heaven.

"But God gave me mercy because I did not know what I was doing. I did that before I became a believer.  But our Lord gave me a full measure of his grace. And with that grace came the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus."-1 Timothy 1:13-14

He is giving His grace to us. He asks us to take off our minds from the worldly pleasure and temptations and to set it on our everlasting life with unending happiness that is treasure in the right hand of Father in Heaven through Jesus Christ. It is this life that we must live. The life of resurrected Jesus, that defeated the world and is free of worldly slavery and sins. We must gain this freedom in Jesus and then receive the world from the hands of God. Then we shall never be trapped or enslaved any more.

For this God asks us to denounce all our wishes and thus defeat the emotions and passions that is trapping us to sin. when we do this we will find it difficult to fight with the strong pull of the world, here arises the need of the POWER- the everlasting power from God- The Holy Spirit.

" God will strengthen you with his own great power, so that you will be patient and not give up when troubles come."- Colossians 1:11

Yes we need this strength to defeat the world in us , around us and help others to win the same. It is this strength that Jesus gave the apostles in the day of Pentecost. He gave this to all those who seeked it and all those who gained it were able to multiply it by giving to others who were weakened by this world. we have received this through our Baptism, but never think of it.Let us realize it and renew it.
The Pentecost is for each of us. We are finding ourselves tumbling in the way of God, slipping in our life. The more we try to be good, the more we fall down. But let us now realize the glory of the Holy Spirit that we received in our baptisim. Submitting all our weaknesses and sins, let us pray and cry to God for giving us and renewing this power. The power of His Spirit, the voice of God, Christ Himself living in us. Let us remove the darkness in our hearts with the ever shining light of God. Let us live with the power of God and which led Jesus, His apostles and all holy people, helping them to stand steady in faith and love to God and defeat the world by setting the minds on everlasting happiness.

In this world you will have troubles. But be brave! I have defeated the world!”

                                                                                  -John 16:33

God the Father, You know that we are weak, we accept our sins and weaknesses and realize that we alone cannot fight with the worldly powers, we need your power, the power that led Jesus to victory. Give us the power of Your power- The Holy Spirit. Teach us your way, let us follow your teachings as your children, through Jesus and love You and Jesus sincerely and not for our selfish needs. You have given us the Spirit that makes us call you Abba..let us realize that and renew the Holy Spirit to conquer the world . In the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.Amen

Our Joy is Full in Christ

John 15:9-11
As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you; abide in my love. If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father's commandments and abide in his love. These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full.

Our joy is full in Christ. For this we must keep His commandments, just like Jesus lived by keeping Fathers commandments. By keeping His commandments we will know Jesus and will abide in His love sincerely. When we abide in Jesus love sincerely, we will never be able to move away from Him for the sake of the mighty world nor can we make Him sad. We will be joyful when we receive everything from His hands and such a joy is full.

.

I Leave you peace. It is my own peace I give you. I give you peace in a different way that the world does. So don't be troubled. Don't be afraid.
                                                                                                      -John 14:27

This peace is amazing and unending. Hence,

Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice. Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand. Be careful for nothing ; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest,
whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things
are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if
there be any praise, think on these things.-Philippians 4:4-8

The Freedom in God

"If you continue in My word, then you are truly disciples of Mine; and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free." -John 8:32

Let us be free by knowing the truth. Thirst for the freedom of truth. Get the freedom of truth. This is our victory in this world. This freedom is valuable than our most favorite passions and more precious than our life.

The bondage of the world ties us behind and takes us away from our lord. Think deep into our minds, Let us open up our minds search for the unrevealed, that creates darkness in us. The darkness of our unopened mind makes us tumble on our way of life, this makes us slave to the mighty powers of this world. The hidden parts of our mind blocks our way to our Lord and snatches our freedom of truth. These enslaves us back to this world. Let us realise this and find out our inner thoughts, inner bonds. This may be our selfishness, our jealousy, our compassion, our crazes, pinches in our relations or anything that make us tumble down in the way of life.

Theses things keep us away from our Savior. But His greatness is that He has saved us from all these things.

Jesus gave himself for our sins to free us from this evil world we live in. This is what God our Father wanted. The glory belongs to God forever and ever. Amen. Galatians 1:4-5

We must just believe in Him and follow Him and look upon Him throughout our days of life. He is there to save us. Let us love Him and thirst for Him sincerely. If we are strong in our love and confidence towards our Lord Jesus, nothing can separate us from Him,

“But in all these troubles we have complete victory through God, who has shown his love for us. Yes, I am sure that nothing can separate us from God’s love—not death, life, angels, or ruling spirits. I am sure that nothing now, nothing in the future, no powers, nothing above us or nothing below us—nothing in the whole created world—will ever be able to separate us from the love God has shown us in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8:37-39

Let us know this truth and open up ourselves before God so that we are set free from all the bonds of this world that keep us away from our lord. Our Lord has already defeated this world and all its powers, we are no longer under this power but under the grace of our Lord that set us free to the eternal life from the mighty laws of the world and death.

You died with Christ and were made free from the powers that influence this world. So why do you act as if you still belong to the world? -Colossians 2:20

Let us not go with the influence of this world. Let us go with the freedom in God. The freedom in which we trust in our Lord and lead our life holding His hands. There is peace and satisfaction always . With a new life that is entrusted in Jesus in the right hand of the Father in Heaven.

God loving Father help us to find out the unrevealed corners of our minds that cause us to tumble in our journey towards You. Let us open up ourselves to You and attain the freedom in You. So that You can reside in us and help us to help You. Give us the wisdom to hear You all time. Let us be confident in You and love You sincerely. Amen.

Everything you say and everything you do should be done for Jesus your Lord. And in all you do, give thanks to God the Father through Jesus.

Praising God

We often hear people praising God always. Sometimes when we are exposed to such a situation, we find ourselves to have a block to speak out in Lords Praises. As the chants of praises rise around us, we feel a bit awkward. We may think in our mind 'why these people are repeating the same thing and praising Lord loudly?'

Here the problem is not theirs but it is ours. In a normal situation, we praise someone when we accept that they have done something wonderful and superior that we have not done or for something that has been done in perfection. The acceptance that we make may or may not be sincere, hence there is a dirt in our praises. This arise due to our complexes and selfishness. the same is in the case of Praising God.

By praising and singing for God we are accepting Christ and Father as the source of all our blessings and the owner of our life. When we start praising Almighty, we will realize how ineligible we are to receive all that we have gained now and thus humbling ourselves to God. Nothing in this world is gained by our goodness, but by Gods endless mercy towards us.

"But you are a chosen race a royal priesthood,
a holy nation a people for His possession,
so that you may proclaim the praises
of the One who called you out of darkness
into His marvelous light.
10 Once you were not a people,
but now you are God’s people;
you had not received mercy,
but now you have received mercy."- 1 Peter 2:9-10

If we are finding this hard, just walk back to our life with God. We can find that whatever we got in our life is a blessing, in our hardships we were carried in safety in comfort and protection,in our loneliness we was pacified,in our stressful situation we were delivered, when we were slipping into sin we were warned and rescued...the one time loses were made heavenly gains...and now we are in this present state, alive and well fed just because of this wonderful Father that we have in Heaven...When we think about Him and the great love He shown to us by giving Jesus..it is sure that our tongues will rise to praise Him endlessly.

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. He is the Father who is full of mercy, the God of all comfort.  He comforts us every time we have trouble so that when others have trouble, we can comfort them with the same comfort God gives us.-2 Corinthians 1:3-4

When we start praising Him,we give Him our control..we realize our weakness and we will be able to humble ourselves anywhere.

The praises is also protective. Through this we reject satan and his powers and slavery knowingly in our minds and this makes us ourselves escape from the deadly slavery to eternal freedom of God. By praising God, we are removing satans power over us and giving credit and our ownership to God. Through praises we say Glory to God..Thank you God for giving me everything..Hallelujah...Praises and power is for You Almighty. This praises make satan fear in the name of our Lord.

This truth is revealed to us in the name of the Father through Jesus Christ. And this revelation transforms us to a person who praises Lord in the freedom of His love.Praises frees us from the earthly bonds.

"About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing songs to God. The other prisoners were listening to them.  Suddenly there was an earthquake so strong that it shook the foundation of the jail. All the doors of the jail opened, and the chains on all the prisoners fell off." Acts 16:25-26

Lord loving Father and Jesus through Him you saved us and opened Your way to Us, Thank You Lord for revealing the truth of praises to us. Let us be able to enjoy the freedom of Your ways and Truth. Let us be able to praise You without any hindrance and protect ourselves from the slavery of satan. In Your name we pray through Jesus Christ. Amen

If anyone speaks, he should do it
as one speaking the very words of
God. If anyone serves, he should
do it with the strength God
provides, so that in all things God
may be praised through Jesus
Christ. To him be the glory and the
power for ever and ever. Amen.-1 Peter 4:11

The Lent Builds Us

Through 50 days God renewed us again with hope and new life and we are more closer to Him than ever before.

You have been born again. This new life did not come from something that dies. It came from something that cannot die. You were born again through God’s life-giving message that lasts forever- 1 Peter 1:23

We has got something that can never be lost or perished. Hence we must remain in the same holiness that God placed us now without any fail. The transformation that has happened to us should remain forever, getting build in God each day.

Give thanks to the Father. He has made you able to have what he has promised to give all his holy people, who live in the light. God made us free from the power of darkness. And he brought us into the kingdom of his dear Son. The Son paid the price to make us free. In him we have forgiveness of our sins.-Colossians 1:12-13

At one time you were separated from God. You were his enemies in your minds, because the evil you did was against him.  But now he has made you his friends again. He did this by the death Christ suffered while he was in his body. He did it so that he could present you to himself as people who are holy, blameless, and without anything that would make you guilty before him. And that is what will happen if you continue to believe in the Good News you heard. You must remain strong and sure in your faith. You must not let anything cause you to give up the hope that became yours when you heard the Good News. Colossians 1:21-23

The Lenten Reflections of our Life:

1. God loves us the way we are

2. Always be happy in the grace of God

3. 'Be calm and know that I am God'

4. We have many weaknesses and flaws, we may sometimes feel indifferent to God and hard to pray, but always we are able to do one thing 'Believe in the power of God and depend on Him' (Mathew 6:25-34,Philippians 3:21)

5. Never fail to pray or sit to pray even if we dont feel to do so. Even when we cant pray ,'sitting' for God for sometime can be done, rest God will take care off.

6. Make our wishes joined to the plans of our God. Then we shall have everlasting happiness and satisfaction.(1John 5:14-15)

7. Be truthful to God in little things that we do.

8. Submit to God, no matter in whatever situation we may be in, He will guide us through

9. Remain in God always, He will prepare and protect us in everything.

10. We are reconciled to God through Jesus Christ.Realize, believe, love, submit ,commit, hope and wait for Almighty.

True love is God’s love for us, not our love for God. He sent his Son as the way to take away our sins.
That is how much God loved us, dear friends! So we also must love each other.  No one has ever seen God. But if we love each other, God lives in us. If we love each other, God’s love has reached its goal—it is made perfect in us.' - 1 John 4:10-12

Lord loving Father, we know that your love towards us is beyond our thinking, help us by keeping us in Your love. Let us be able to understand Your care and plans for us. Give us wisdom to know You when You come to us daily and understand what is Your wish through us. Always Guide us in You Words of Truth now and forever.Amen

Easter in Us

And Israel saw the great work which the LORD did against the Egyptians, and the people feared the LORD; and they believed in the LORD and in his servant Moses.”
- Exodus 14:31

The Lord guided and guarded the Israelites' all through their journey towards the promised land.

The Lord led the way. During the day, he used a tall cloud to lead the people. And during the night, he used a tall column of fire to lead the way. This fire gave them light so that they could also travel at night. The cloud was always with them during the day, and the column of fire was always with them at night.” -Exodus 13:21-22

God led them through a way that was longer than an alternate way that can reach the promised land very easily. He did this to;

God did not let the people take the road leading to the land of the Philistines. That road by the Mediterranean Sea is the shortest way, but God said, “If the people go that way they will have to fight. Then they might change their minds and go back to Egypt.”So God led them another way through the desert by the Red Sea.”- Exodus 13:17-18

Hence we can realize that if God is leading us into a way that was not desired by our mind and thoughts, it is sure that He has a definite plan for doing so, they are the plans for our good and not for our harm.

The entire journey of Israelites' from Egypt to the promised land is filled with humanities fall out from belief upon God the Father and His mercy shown to rescue them from all dangers. The children of God had to face many obstacles in their way due their own selfish intentions and desires, through the red sea, from the drought and famines, from the poisonous snakes, from the Pharaoh and his battalion, from all wars, by giving commandments to live truly, by giving the arc of covenant in the Holy Tent, the Lord saved them. Even though at each trials the children of God complained and criticized Lord for their hardships, even though they built another lords for their satisfaction, the Lord God guarded them by making them realize the glory of Him through His great protection from sufferings. The Father in Heaven, with His personal presence, protected all His righteous ones all through their journey to the promised land. He asked them to strongly believe in His power and love, but many failed and was lost, the ones who looked towards the face of the Lord was saved from the poison of the world and was restored in life.

When we look at our live today, we find the same approach. We tumble in our journey of life, we forget our Lords care and go behind our own mind sets. In the old testament days, Lord asked for a sacrifice for the flaws of His children. In the new testament, Lord offered the greatest sacrifice for our sins, by giving His only Son. Now He asks us only to believe in Him and cleanse ourselves with His blood shed for us. Now are the days of great mercy from God. We just have to repent on our sins and look into the face of Jesus who defeated the sins and the death a rose with new life for us. This life is under the mercy of God and we are not expected any more to be enslaved by sin and death.

In our baptism we shared in his death. So when we were baptized, we were buried with Christ and took part in his death. And just as Christ was raised from death by the wonderful power of the Father, so we can now live a new life.” - Romans 6:3-4

We know that our old life was put to death on the cross with Christ. This happened so that our sinful selves would have no power over us. Then we would not be slaves to sin. Anyone who has died is made free from sin’s control. If we died with Christ, we know that we will also live with him. Christ was raised from death. And we know that he cannot die again. Death has no power over him now. Yes, when Christ died, he died to defeat the power of sin one time—enough for all time. He now has a new life, and his new life is with God. In the same way, you should see yourselves as being dead to the power of sin and alive for God through Christ Jesus. Romans 6:5-11

Hence in this day of Resurrection of Our Lord, let us realize our position, let us no longer give away ourselves to the hands of the world. Let us live in the new life given to us by Our Father in Heaven through Christ Jesus. The new life in our Lord, that's under the mercy of our Lord and is no longer slave to sin and death but to mercy and eternal life. In our falls and failures that will arise in us due to our sin-weekened bodies, let us submit ourselves and look to the risen face of our Lord Jesus in such times and pray continuously. His body and blood shall cleanse us and renew us to be strong to fight against the powers that try to trap us and snatch us away from our Father.

Very early Sunday morning, the women came to the tomb where Jesus’ body was laid. They brought the sweet-smelling spices they had prepared. They saw that the heavy stone that covered the entrance had been rolled away. They went in, but they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus. They did not understand this. While they were wondering about it, two men in shining clothes stood beside them. The women were very afraid. They bowed down with their faces to the ground. The men said to them, “Why are you looking for a living person here? This is a place for dead people. Jesus is not here. He has risen from death” Matthew 24:1-6

In this Easter, let us open the closed graves of our heart and receive the resurrected Jesus into us and live in His new life. Let us live a life that God has planned for us because God will guide us safely to our destination. This we cannot do alone because the powers of the world will make us struggle a lot, tumble down a lot and fail a lot, that we may be snatched away from Our Father. For this we need the protection and love from our Father through Jesus and Mother Mary and all pure souls who has succeeded in defeating the worldly satanic powers. With the intercession of all let us travel with new life of Jesus in us, fulfilling all the duties assigned to us in this world by our Lord with His help, and obeying His 'WORD' spoken to us through Bible reminded to us by Holy Spirit, to our everlasting home in Heaven with our Father. In our life let us always remember and believe strongly that,

Don’t be afraid! Don’t run away! Stand where you are and watch the Lord save you today..... You will not have to do anything but stay calm. The Lord will do the fighting for you.” Exodus 14:13

I have told you these things so that you can have peace in me. In this world you will have troubles. But be brave! I have defeated the world!” -John 16:33

Lord thank you for all your guidance's in our life. Help us through out our life in this world. Make us realize all the time, our position in this world so that we will always live in the new life given to us by You through resurrection of Jesus Christ, the way, truth and life forever. Amen

Reconciled to God Through Jesus -- For Us He Came and will Come Again

In Gethsemane there is the joining(dissolution) of human wishes with Gods wish and plans. Jesus Christ sweated blood, this shows the extent of stress that Jesus suffered in this joining. The human mentality to live according to their own selfish wishes of this world is being defeated with struggle to come in the way of Gods plans and wishes. It is this joining that led to the great way of salvation. The great plan of God to save the entire humanity from the clutches of the worldly sins is getting accomplished by the great submission of Christ Jesus as a living sacrifice.

Jesus who lived according to the plan of Father Almighty is the best model that is set by our Father for showing us His great plan for us. There are lots of souls for Him to save from the influence of Satan and his powers, for accomplishing this mission, the souls should co-operate with Father. The souls are sent to earth for a period of living and freeing themselves from the influence of the satan who is trapping us with the attractive worldly lusts. Father in heaven wishes each souls to live like Jesus and submit like Him so that we souls can also be joined to the great salvation mission for living eternally with Lord. Father in heaven has given us the freedom of choice, it is here that satan traps us. We may even never know that we are being snatched off by the worldly powers. Hence while living in this world we should be continually in the protection of our Lord through the guidance of the Holy Spirit that He has given us.

We souls who are sent to earth by our Father is destined a duty each and our plan of salvation has already been charted out by our Creator.

It is said in Psalms 139:13-17

For you formed my inward parts;
you knitted me together in my mother's womb.
I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
Wonderful are your works;
my soul knows it very well.
My frame was not hidden from you,
when I was being made in secret,
intricately woven in the depths of the earth.
Your eyes saw my unformed substance;
in your book were written, every one of them,
the days that were formed for me,
when as yet there was none of them.
How precious to me are your thoughts, O God”

God know us before we were formed in our mothers womb. It is His plan of salvation of each of the souls that brought us to this world. We must live according to this plan, we must use our freedom of choice to choose according to the plans of our Creator. It is then the mission of our life will be successful. A wrong decision in a case that goes according to our selfish motives will block the plan of our Lord for us. Hence in each time we must submit our situation to the Lord and ask for his guidance, so that we never go wrong by blocking the marvelous ways of our Lord for us, giving a chance for the evil to snatch us off from Gods hands. The evil powers roaming in this world are waiting for a gap to snatch the Gods Children from Fathers hands and to lead them into total destruction, this filthy activity of the evil will go on until Jesus comes the second time to wipe off the evil forever. Until this time the evil can play the tricks, but we must be vigilant, we must be always under the Lords protection to live in this mighty world so that our soul remain safe for our Lord to join His eternal kingdom.

Our Father gave us Jesus to show us how to live, Hebrews 5:7-9 says,

While Jesus lived on earth he prayed to God, asking for help from the one who could save him from death. He prayed to God with loud cries and tears. And his prayers were answered because of his great respect for God. Jesus was the Son of God, but he still suffered, and through his sufferings he learned to obey whatever God says. This made him the perfect high priest, who provides the way for everyone who obeys him to be saved forever.”

We must also live like the same, the world will inflict sufferings but with full submission, respect and love for our Father we should continually pray and give our lives for His will to be done, His plans are not for our harm but for our good, for the everlasting happiness and eternal life with salvation in Gods House.

It was the law itself that caused me to end my life under the law. I died to the law so that I could live for God. I have been nailed to the cross with Christ. So I am not the one living now—it is Christ living in me. I still live in my body, but I live by faith in the Son of God. He is the one who loved me and gave himself to save me.” -Galatians 2:19-20

Lord in this Good Friday, let us remember Jesus who showed us how to live in this world and who suffered for our sins and was crucified for our salvation. Even being pure, He took the cross of sins for our sake, we know the pain of a heart who is being persecuted even being faultless, by taking this pain into our heart, Lord let us be able to join our wishes to Your plans so that we can be with You in Our everlasting house. Protect us while we live in this world by guiding us through Holy Spirit. Amen.

"We have been made right with God because of our faith. So we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Through our faith, Christ has brought us into that blessing of God’s grace that we now enjoy. And we are very happy because of the hope we have of sharing God’s glory.  And we are also happy with the troubles we have. Why are we happy with troubles? Because we know that these troubles make us more patient.  And this patience is proof that we are strong. And this proof gives us hope.  And this hope will never disappoint us. We know this because God has poured out his love to fill our hearts through the Holy Spirit he gave us."- Romans 5:1-5

Let us live with Christ in the way of cross.

"Do this in Memory of Me"

God has made us what we are. In Christ Jesus, God made us new people so that we would spend our lives doing the good things he had already planned for us to do.-Ephesians 2:10

Old Testament
and if the household is too small for a lamb, then a man and his neighbor next to his house shall take according to the number of persons; according to what each can eat you shall make your count for the lamb. Exodus 12:4

Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male a year old; you shall take it from the sheep or from the goats; Exodus 12:5

In this manner you shall eat it: your loins girded, your sandals on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and you shall eat it in haste. It is the Lord’s Passover. Exodus 12:11

The blood shall be a sign for you, upon the houses where you are; and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and no plague shall fall upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt. Exodus 12:13

New Testament
On the night when the Lord Jesus was handed over to be killed, he took bread and gave thanks for it. Then he divided the bread and said, “This is my body; it is for you. Eat this to remember me.”In the same way, after they ate, Jesus took the cup of wine. He said, “This cup represents the new agreement from God, which begins with my blood sacrifice. When you drink this, do it to remember me.”This means that every time you eat this bread and drink this cup, you are telling others about the Lord’s death until he comes again. 1 Corinthians 11:23-26

You call me Teacher and Lord; and you are right, for so I am. If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet. For I have given you an example, that you also should do as I have done to you. John 13:13-15

When we read through the two incidents that took place in the old testament and new testament respectively there are lot of messages that Our Father in Heaven tells us in this day of Passover. There is a pure sacrifice in both cases, a lamb without blemish and a son without sin. The blood shed in both cases were for the salvation of Gods children who are enslaved by the world. The blood of the lamb was shed to be a mark of protection when the angel of Lord Passover so that no plaque shall fall upon the children of Israel. The blood of Christ is shed to free the children of this entire world from the clutches of sin and to protect from the destruction of our souls.

The message that Lord give us in both cases is to be ready always and wait for the Lord to come. We have to live in this world in such a way that we should be servants for each other. In the old testament Lord asks the children of Israel to choose the lamb in such a way to what each can eat you shall make your count for the lamb and if the lamb is too big then to share with the neighbor. In new testament Christ asks us to do the same, to serve one another and to love one another as how He showed us. We should remember the sacrifice that He did for us each time we celebrate Mass and until He return the second time to take us along with Him.

In this world we must live seeking the protection of Our Lord from this world, through His Body and Blood that He shed for cleaning us from our sins. In the mass, when we receive the Body and Blood of Christ, we should be clean inside and outside. We must receive it with purity of our mind, otherwise like Judas, who had the mind of betraying Jesus for the worldly gain, Satan will enter us while we receive the communion. Receiving Our Lord into us is the most precious and pure moment in our life, daily when we do this in perfect reverence, Christ will grow in us and He will make us His. By receiving Christ we come closer to salvation day by day, we must live by serving and sharing with others the love that God is showering on us. We must be always ready for the second coming and eagerly wait for it continually building us with Christ. Let this Passover of our Lord Jesus renew in us the new life that God has promised. Let us receive Him in full purity , grow in Him each time we receive the communion and wait for Him with an eveready soul living daily in this protection sharing and serving our fellow beings.
