Jesus was asking me to overcome flesh with spirit.
To overcome evil with good
When evil pops out,crush it by seeking god's help and wisdom immediately and say amen to him thus opening up power of holy spirit to crush flesh and allow god's way to work.
For this Jesus said to do only whatever he tells. Seek this always by praying in spirit always. When we do what he says, the power of holy spirit will overshadow us to accomplish god's ways.
Just as mother Mary did...seek help. For nothing is impossible for God
