How was Jesus able to give His life and sacrifice Himself for a sinner like me?
I couldn’t comprehend this act.
How can Jesus give His own life for me?
Who am I?
Jesus said to me:
“It is because you are My body.
You are created in God’s love.
You are His love.
When you are lost, it is My body in pain.
And I will give everything to save you.
Think about giving yourself to save your children… your partner… the people you deeply love. Think about the depth of love you have for them.
My love for you is greater than this.
You are My life.
You are My own.”

You are all fragmented from My body.
Through marriage, two become one flesh.
Through receiving Holy Communion, you are drawn back into Me — into union, into communion, becoming one with My Body.
I am absorbing you into Me.
The whole universe is contained in Me.
Look into Me.
Dissolve into Me.
Become one with Me.
As I and My Father are one,
so you will be one in Us.

You know many things.
You know theology.
You give advice.
You judge.
You think you understand.
But think for a moment:
Whatever you have…
whatever knowledge you possess…
however great you think you are…
How great are you if you do not have Me?
Without Me, it is all waste.
You are nothing without Me.
You become My Body.
My family.
As you do the will of My Father and live according to His will, you become part of My family.
For Jesus said:
«“Whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother.”
— Matthew 12:50»
And:
«“For all who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God.”
— Romans 8:14»
You are My own.
You are My Body.
You are My family.
Remain in Me.
Become one with Me.
