7 Rivers, One River, One Heaven- one faith in Jesus

During Holy Mass today, the Lord inspired me with an image of seven rivers joining together to form one single river.
As the seven rivers came together, the single river became deeper and more powerful. At the point where they joined, I saw three steps, through which the water continued to flow and deepen.

 The Spiritual Meaning:
I felt the Lord revealing to me that the many different Christian denominations and communities who believe in Jesus Christ are called to come together in unity, becoming one great river flowing towards Heaven.
Each river may have its own path, its own traditions and expressions of faith, but when they come together in Christ, the river becomes deeper.
And as we come together in unity, the depth of the Holy Spirit's anointing increases.
The Lord is calling His people not to remain divided, but to recognize that we have one Lord, one faith and one baptism.
“There is one body and one Spirit… one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all.”
— Ephesians 4:4–6

 The River of Ezekiel 47
This image strongly brings to mind the vision of the prophet Ezekiel.
In Ezekiel 47, water flows from the Temple. As the prophet is led forward, the water becomes progressively deeper:
ankle-deep → knee-deep → waist-deep → a river deep enough to swim in.

“The water was ankle-deep… then knee-deep… then waist-deep… and it was deep enough to swim in.”
— Ezekiel 47:3–5

The further the water flows, the deeper it becomes, and wherever the river goes, life comes forth.
Perhaps the Lord is showing us something similar about Christian unity: when we move beyond our divisions and come together in Christ, we do not become weaker—we become deeper.
The deeper we enter into Christ, the deeper we enter into the Holy Spirit, His love, His grace and His life.

The Three Steps
The three steps at the point where the rivers joined can be seen as a beautiful reminder of entering progressively deeper into God:
Step 1 — Unity
Leaving behind divisions and coming together in Christ.
Step 2 — Deeper Surrender
Allowing the Holy Spirit to lead us beyond our own boundaries, opinions and traditions.
Step 3 — Fullness of the Spirit
Going deeper into the river of God's love until we are no longer merely walking beside the water, but are immersed in it.

As the seven rivers become one, the water becomes deeper.
As God's people become one in Christ, may the river of the Holy Spirit flow more powerfully among us.
And just as the river in Ezekiel's vision ultimately brings life wherever it flows, may Christian unity bring the life, love, healing and presence of Jesus to the world.

One Lord. One Faith. One Spirit. One River.
May all who believe in Christ move towards the unity for which Jesus prayed:
“That they may all be one.”
— John 17:21
May the different streams come together, may the river become deeper, may the Holy Spirit flow more powerfully, and may this river ultimately lead God's people towards the fullness of life with Him in Heaven.

“Everything will live where the river goes.” — Ezekiel 47:9

Seven Rivers → One River → Deeper Waters → One Body in Christ → Life → Heaven
